Established in the year 2000 by Mr. Jacobus Hendrik Schabort (known to his friends, clients and colleagues as Kobus), our firm has successfully navigated the numerous challenges which South Africa was faced with and developed into a successful commercial law practice, serving clients in all sectors of business, big or small.

Goal-driven approach

In 2013, Nicolaas GC Potgieter (known to his friends, clients and colleagues as Reinhardt) joined the firm and thereafter became a partner. He brought with him a fresh, dynamic and goal-driven approach which has been expanded on continuously to date.
